LinkGather



This plugin will allow you to export the links for all your websites posts in Excel style.

Go and get the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Repository by looking for LinkGather, also you can just go to the URL below:

LinkGather Plugin

When you have installed and activated the plugin, you can go ahead and use it.

Step by Step Guide


A new menu item on the options side of your WordPress admin portal will appear called LinkGather:

When you hover over this title option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different sections available to you:

If you click on the Home option, this will take you to the plugins homepage which supplies instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Click the Post Links menu to take you to the page that will show all of your WordPress sites published posts’ URL's. Note that for the purposes of this instruction, we are using our demo test site with just a few links in it.

You will now see a list with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. Depending on how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

Underneath the URL website list, you should see that LinkGather has also calculated how many post URLs you have.

You then also have the ability to download the posts in CSV format.

Page Links


The instructions is exactly the same for Page Links, however instead of bringing back published articles, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack URL's


The option for wp.me Links is again exactly the same method as those above, get more info however, JetPack URL's are actually built in short links created by the JetPack plugin. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to more info be able to gather those links.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.
